What rights do disabled parents have to support under UK legislation?

Can anyone tell me any specific pieces of legislation in the UK that give disabled parents rights to support looking after their children?|||Depends and what you mean by rights ?

mostly same rights as adults have which

is very little.

They have the right to hospital care.

If the disability is bad enough you cane

claim care allowance plus mobility allowance

when they reach five i think. You could have

a word with One Stop or Citizens Advise Bureau

to see what other things can be available to help.

PS. my granddaughter has a two year

old boy and little help is forth coming from

the state, but time will tell when he reaches

school age.

Best of luck UK
