Is it already legal to force people to do unpaid work in the community ?
I hear the Job centre is doing this already. In fact I know they are. I suspect 'volunteering' is being implied to get around the minimum wage act. Is this currently legal or has the legislation yet to go through Parliament.|||Yes it is already legal He who has the gold makes the rules.
