What legislation did AIG lobby to change to loosen regulations on banks?

Can someone please provide me with the exact legislation that AIG lobbied to change in order to loosen regulations on the banks?|||I though it was Goldman Sacks that changed bank regulations back in the Clinton Administration. No?|||AIG was in no position to lobby for anything they came with their hand out
