The one associated with Obamacare would be a pork whopper.|||I think it is a very good chance that that is exactly what is going to happen. Most if not all bills are handled this way. Its one way of getting things into law that might not otherwise get votes. Both parties do it, the dems are just the party in power right now so it shows up more but repubs have done it as well. It's merely business as usual in the US Congress. Has been for at least a century now.
