Affirmative action is unjust and should not be included in the rights legislation?

Excally what does that sentence mean?


If its unfair shouldn't it be in the rights legislation? |||What I think they are saying is that AA shouldn't be a written rule. The problem is when we allowed people to use their own judgement on hiring minorities they chose not to. So I thnk it is a necessary evil. It doesn't say hire someone that isn't qualified for a job, it is saying be conscience of your work force and consider a person for the job that is a minority. IF your workforce doesn't meet the numbers, if there are two candidates for a job that are equally qualified, highly consider the minority.|||No one should get extra points on a test for doing absolutely nothing based on skin color.
