What is a process through which citizens can start legislation?
I can't figure this out for the life of me!!
Help!|||Contact your State Representative. There is a procedure for citizens to address Congress. I don't know what you want done. Some things are better handled locally. How would what you want affect your fellow citizens. How much would it cost to implement? If it doesn't benefit those who have to pay for it; it will probably be a hard sell.
