How long does it usually take for urgent legislation to be passed after a presidential election?|||I guess it depends on who thinks it is "urgent" and how much influence they have.
My feeling is that the "urgent" legislation "they" need to pass is a lot of repeals of laws that created the crisis we are in. If the grandsta.. I mean "hearings" on the oil companies are any indications, they're going to decide it is "urgent" to interfere with the industry even more than they did to create the current "crisis".
