'How to use Legislation to protect the Natural environment'|||You could pass laws to say that cars/buses, lorries, ships, even etc may only have limited emissions,and must have a fresh certificate of emissions every year. You could do the same for every home/office/factory heating system, boiler or air-conditioning system. You could put limits on the low- temperature down to which you may cool a building - most buildings with air-conditioning are made much too cool.


You could put up tax on dirty fuels and remove tax from electric vehicles. You could offer tax rebates for companies exploring new fuels such as methane clathrates.|||Look in the real world.
