What legislation will the Democrats try to ram-rod through Congress during the House lame-duck session?

Not much is the short answer. Extension to the tax cuts, unemployment insurance, Medicare and spending bills are on the agenda. DREAM is possibly on the Senate agenda but would probably face a filibuster.





In any case, they would be silly doing much given that they no longer have a mandate.

By the way - the majority of Americans WANT the Health Reform to continue.
