What extra legislation would you put in place to stop terrorism?

As the current legislation isn't worth the paper it's written on, is there anything that can stop these loons?|||Some people thrive on hate and death.Its imposable to eradicate as there are those that load the bullets,and those who like to trigger them|||Actually less.

The former can easily be fixed by getting out of iraq, helping people, equal treatment... no control orders where you are put under house arrest, unable to see friends having been chaged with no crime, having your life wrecked unable to go through courts, see what evidence is against you and unable to even protest.





With isreal kicked off stolen land and made to treat palestians as equals etc etc

and see how they like it.|||I think terrorism is unstoppable....and i certainly dont think theres an 'extra legislation' that would magically put a stop to this daily threat.|||let's take away everyones privacy and rewrite the law|||BRING BACK CAPITAL PUNISHMENT.|||How about the biggest terror threat America is currently facing ? Pedophile priests molesting our children.|||If people are intent on carrying out acts of terrorism, there is no legislation in the world that is going to stop them. What we risk by introducing more legislation is that this will be turned on those of us going about our legal and honest business, much like the protestor at the Labour conference who was arrested under anti-terrorism laws. How many times where the 7/7 bombers caught on CCTV? Didn't stop them, did it?





Like you say, it's not worth the paper it is written on and it will leave each and everyone of us open to systematic abuse by the Government for their own ends...all in the name of terror.|||The legislation I'd bring in is a UK written constitution with a UK Bill of Rights and strict seperation of religion and politics. I think that would send a message to religious fanatics that this isn't their kind of country.|||bigger better faster guns. border controls. no more free money in whatever allowances we are giving now. vote PNB.
