Is there a word for opposing new legislation by insisting on obnoxious amendments or extra clauses?

I know that there are lots of specific verbs in politics like gerrymandering for changing the shape of constituencies to make them unwinnable, or filibustering for talking so long that legislation is obstructed etc; but is there one for getting obnoxious clauses put into legislation, i.e. you say I will only vote for this bill if you put in this extra clause?|||One way to describe it is "Poison Pill". While this is most often used by companies to fend off a hostile takeover, it can be used in politics as well. See link below and scroll down to the "Politics" heading.|||pork.
