What is the next step on legislation becoming active?

A bill was just approved by a "house committee" and is now hoping for "approval for the legislation in the full House in late June or early July." Is there more after this or would the contents of that bill be fully active if passed?|||well, bribes have to be handed out before they can vote on it.
